A vehicle struck a house on the corner of Highland Avenue and Reservoir Street after failing to stop at a stop sign.

Another vehicle traveling north on Highland Avenue toward the Winchester Hospital collided with the car that ran through the Fairmount Street stop sign, said the responding Winchester police officer on scene. This caused the car to spin and scrape a tree before taking out the front porch of the white house at 56 Highland Ave.

Winchester firefighters and EMS were on scene at approximately 8:35 a.m., according to scanner reports. The scene had been cleared by 9:15 a.m.

There are no reports of any injuries at this time.
