Debit Card Thief Still at Large

Police are looking for your help identifying this woman.

Winchester Police are asking for help in finding a female who is wanted for questioning after attempting to use several credit/debit cards that were stolen from vehicles in Winchester and other surrounding towns. Allegedly, the woman attempted to take out money at a bank in Salem, New Hampshire using the stolen cards. Sudbury and Concord Police have a similar ongoing investigation and they are searching for the same woman.

While the police are trying to identify the suspect, they are also encouraging people to monitor and protect their valuables. “Incidences like larceny from a motor vehicle are more common in warmer weather,” Lt. Peter MacDonnell of the Winchester Police said.

“We advise people to lock their cars and to not leave valuables like wallets and debit cards in plain sight. If you are a victim of a similar theft, cancel your credit/debit cards immediately,” Lt. MacDonnell said.

Police in Winchester, Sudbury and Concord are hoping the surveillance footage will help lead to the suspects arrest. If you can identify the woman in the picture, you are asked to contact the Winchester Police at 781-729-1214. Any and all information provided will remain anonymous.
