Today is Monday, Dec. 10. Here are five things you need to know:

.) License renewals and the Wright Locke Farm Conservancy are two of the more notable items on tonight’s Board of Selectmen’s agenda (see attached). The open portion of the meeting gets underway at 7:30 p.m. in the board’s meeting room in Town Hall.

.) There is also a School Committee meeting at 6:30 p.m. tonight in the Lynch Elementary School Library.

.) The Winchester High boys’ and girls’ indoor track and field teams will face Watertown at 5 p.m. tonight at the Reggie Lewis Center in Roxbury.

.) What does $639,000 get you in Winchester? A charming cape on Ardley Place. Take a look inside.

.) Temperatures are expected to hit the low 60s today, but it’s supposed to rain all day and into the night, according to the National Weather Service.
