Why would anyone want to know this unless the article also included 10 homes from other price brackets (medium-priced and low-priced for example)? Obviously the most expensive homes are not the only ones Winchester offers, and if folks here are interested in a diverse socio-economic community, it would seem calling attention to only the most expensive ones would defeat that purpose. In recent years, the political atmosphere has done more than enough to divide people in our country into sub-groups and promote "class differences" particularly on an economic basis, why would the Patch or any others in our small, congenial community want to do anything that might infer they approve of that mode of thinking?

Winchester is not affordable for the typical middle class and hasn't been for years.

If we were interested in a "diverse socio-economic community", we wouldn't live in Winchester, duh.
