Can anyone in the know explain 27 Lloyd street. According to Redfin, it sold on Sept 28th, 2011 for 458k. Doesn't look like any updates were done, and then they turn around and put it on the market for 579k two days later. Remarkably enough it sold on December 30 for 455k. Nice looking house and nice location, needs updates, but someone did rather poorly in the transaction.
