It has been 11 years since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
The incident changed many procedures about U.S. security, air travel and even football games.
AP said this may be the turning year however, and a time to move forward from the past decade of remembrance.
Winchester honored the 10th anniversary with an interfaith ceremony on the Town Common last year. Poetry, scripture readings and church bells were used to honor the significant anniversay.
