Winchester Ballet Conservatory's Nutcracker This Saturday

The show starts at 1 p.m. at McCall.

 

Today is Friday, Dec. 7. Here are five things you need to know:

1.) Winchester Ballet Conservatory’s Nutcracker is at 1 p.m. Saturday at McCall Middle School. Tickets can be purchased the day of the performance. For more information, call 781-721-4808.

2.) The Winchester Community Music School’s Broadway on Highland is at 7 p.m. tonight. Read more.

3.) The Winchester High girls’ ice hockey team will face Bishop Fenwick at 5 p.m. Sunday in Charlestown.

4.) The Winchester High girls’ basketball team will travel to Malden for a scrimmage at 5 p.m. tonight.

5.) There’s a chance of rain after 4 p.m. today and then an 100 percent chance of rain tonight, according to the National Weather Service. It’s also expected to rain Saturday morning, overnight Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures will be in the high 40s today, low 50s Saturday and mid 40s Sunday.
