If you haven’t tried Parsons Table yet, this is the weekend to do it. The restaurant opened a year ago this month. Sure, the same person still owns it, but Chris Parsons’ name-change from Catch to Parsons Table also saw a slight change in the menu. Before, what used to be a seafood-heavy selection is now a nice mix of salads, chicken, fish and beef.
