 de&nbsp\;kicking\, waltzing &nbsp\; and ) and cooldown!&nbsp\; $7 drop i
 n...new student buy one/get one free!&nbsp\; Ok\, so it's your mother's 
 (and possibly grandmother's) aerobics class...after all\, it was the FIR
 ST aerobics class for women over 40 years ago...but FUN\, safe and effec
