Winchester Community Music School’s annual MusicFest open house will be held Sunday, September 9, 2-4 PM. MusicFest features an instrument petting zoo, free sample classes for kids, live demos and performances, a drum circle, and a musical passport journey. Information about private lessons and classes for kids, teens, and adults will be available at the event. Free and fun for all ages. More About Winchester Community Music School
Established in 1981, and in the same location on Highland Avenue since 1997, the Winchester Community Music School plays a major role in keeping the arts and entertainment field alive in local schools and the community.
In addition to daily music instruction classes, the school helps organize free concerts and public events for young people and adults alike. There are classes for a variety of age ranges and skill levels, with jazz, rock, and classical themes.
