Sunday School is available for children and young adults
up to the age of 20. Here students learn about their
relationship to God by studying the Bible. Emphasis is
placed on applying the spiritual meaning of the Bible to
daily life, showing the relevance of the Bible today.
For younger students, study is based on a few key lessons,
including the following.
• Ten Commandments
• Christ’s Sermon on the Mount — including the Beatitudes and the Lord’s Prayer
• Life of Christ Jesus
• Major stories of the Bible
For older students, classes consist of questions and
answers, along with a study of the Bible’s application to
daily life. All classes are designed to meet the individual
needs of each student.
The church has ample parking in front and behind the
church, including handicap accessible parking in front.
Childcare is available at all services.

More About First Church of Christ Scientist
The First Church of Christ Scientist is located off of Church Street. They hold a Sunday service every week from 10:30am to 11:30am. Students can attend its school up to the age of 20.
There are testimony meetings every Wednesday from 8pm to 9pm. Child care is provided during both the services and the weekly meetings. There is a local meeting room located on Mount Vernon Street.
