The Hirsch-Pinkas Piano Duo *Benefit Concert*
The Winchester Unitarian Society, 478 Main St, Winchester, MA | Get Directions »
$15.00
Since 1992 the Hirsch-Pinkas Piano duo has been presenting one and two-piano recitals to enthusiastic audiences throughout the world. Sally Pinkas and her husband Evan Hirsch, each an active soloist, bring to their collaborations virtuosity, enthusiasm, and striking warmth. Dedicated to an exploration of twentieth century music, they are equally at ease with the standard repertoire, from Byrd to Mozart to Rachmaninoff. They often include works especially arranged by Hirsch. Popular with young audiences, they frequently present Master classes in conjunction with their concerts.
Hirsch and Pinkas regularly perform in Italy, have been in residence at the Kfar Blum Music Festival in Israel, have toured Nigeria, and performed in St. Petersburg, Russia, Bulgaria, China, and France.
