Have you met Local Resident Debbie Steiner Hayes, she is a Resource for Parents Seeking Alternative Childcare Options

Winchester, MA-- Responding to the increasing demand for quality live-in childcare, Cultural Care Debbie Hayes has been part of Cultural Care for the past 3 years for the Winchester, Stoneham, Woburn and Burlington areas. As a Cultural Care Au Pair local childcare consultant (LCC), Debbie Hayes provides service and support to host families and their au pairs throughout the program year. 

Debbie Hayes is part of a nationwide network of more than 600 Cultural Care Au Pair local childcare consultants dedicated to promoting global understanding through intercultural exchange. Debbie Hayes advises area au pairs and their host families on educational opportunities, as well as organizes fun activities for the entire extended Cultural Care Au Pair family to enjoy.

Debbie Hayes lives in Medford with her husband Steve, a Real Estate Investment Partner with First Winthrop, and their daughter Shayna, age 4. She first learned of Cultural Care when she was looking for a part-time flexible position after her daughter was born and so began her cultural exchange experience with Cultural Care Au Pair. Debbie is very active in Medford with non-profit fundraising projects for several organizations. Before starting a family she was the owner of Jigsaw a staffing firm, as well as, an elementary after school teacher, Debbie has enjoyed her role assisting host families and their au pairs.
