En Ka Society of Winchester To Hold Annual Fall Yard Sale

The En Ka Society of Winchester will hold its Annual Fall Yard Sale on Saturday, October 19th, from 10:00 to 2:00, in the parking lot of the Sanborn House, 15 High Street, next to the Ambrose School. There will be plenty of off-street parking and lots of bargains for smart shoppers. Rain date will be Saturday, October 26th. All proceeds will benefit local, non-profit organizations.

Among the many items for sale will be a special collection of fine artisan glass and pottery vases of all sizes; home organization pieces...shelves, drawers, carts; fine collectibles, including a silver plate, 4-piece tea set; kitchen supplies galore; lamps; art work; frames; holiday, decorative pieces; furniture, travel goods and sports equipment.

The En Ka Society is a volunteer non-profit organization that provides aid, through volunteer service and fundraising, to local charities and organizations that are charitable in nature and benefit the Winchester community.  The En Ka Exchange and the annual En Ka Street Fair, held every May, are the primary sources for raising funds.  Local non-profit organizations may apply for En Ka grants, which are awarded quarterly.
