All Saints Sunday

Your neighbors are creating an opportunity to honor and celebrate the memory of folks we have lost and for our troops who have fought and died in service to our country.  Traditionally, the first Sunday of November is All Saints Sunday.  This year we are offering this day on November 7th.  At 10 am there will a chance for everyone to gather at the Second Congregational Church of Winchester (485 Main St) for a time to remember, honor and celebrate the lives of those who have left their mark as an etching on our souls.  In poetry, song and prose we will reflect on life and grief and be together in meditation and prayer.   As this Sunday comes so close to Veterans Day, we will have a special time to honor those who have fought, served and died in service to our country.  We will also offer a time of silent vigil for our troops who are actively engaged in military and peace keeping operations around the globe.  For more information contact Don Remick at revrem@comcast.net or 781-369-1218
