MADRIGAL FEST 2011 , March 19 at Winchester Town Hall
The Winchester High School Chamber Singers present Madrigal Fest 2011, on Saturday, March 19 at 7:30 pm in the Maurer Auditorium, Winchester Town Hall, 71 Mount Vernon Street. The Chamber Singers under the direction of Mr. Christopher Nickelson, will be joined by the Madrigal Singers of Boston College, Cantilena: A Women's Chorale, the New England Conservatory Washburn Chamber Choir and the Winchester High School Octets. The groups will present a wide variety of a cappella offerings, spanning the centuries and drawing from diverse cultures. The program is family friendly.
Members of the Winchester High School Chamber Singers include: Lucy Page, Rachel Gaufberg, Cece Burkey, Britta Erickson, Emily Edstrom, Liz Arsenault, Karole Alexander, Haley Wegner, Dominic Kruszelnicki, Marshall Pontrelli, Robert Lang, Edoardo Draetta, Samuel Kellogg, Brian Carney, Tony Chan, Alec Davis and Per Edstrom.

Tickets are $15 for adults; $8 for seniors and students. There is a family rate available at the door of $40 (two parents with minor children). Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at Bookends, 599 Main Street, Winchester. Proceeds benefit Winchester High School Chamber Music programs.
