Oktoberfest

The Winchester Rotary Club is very pleased to announce the tremendous corporate support it is receiving for its upcoming Fourth Annual Oktoberfest Celebration to be held at Town Hall on Saturday, September 24 from 6 to 10 PM. In addition to the continued sponsorship and donation of The Boston Brewing Company and its Sam Adams Beer, Winchester’s Pairings Wine and Food has generously  donated appropriate wines for the occasion. With Gold level financial sponsorships from Salter Healthcare and the Quinn Group Insurance Agency to help defray other event expenses,  the Rotary Club will be able to direct a significant portion of the admission ticket price back into our community through gifts and financial grants.  Numerous additional, smaller but still extremely important sponsors, too many to name, have stepped up to make sure that Oktoberfest attendees have a fantastic experience while supporting our community.

This family oriented fundraiser event will again also include an authentic live Oompah band, along with German food from Karl’s Sausage Kitchen in Saugus.  Proof of age is required for alcoholic drinks. There will also be various fun contests, as well as some other surprises including a great door prize.  Tickets are $30.00 for adults and can be purchased from Rotary members, Bookends, or at the door. Proceeds from the event will be reinvested in local school, senior and community organizations through financial grants. Come join us at Town Hall for a fun evening celebrating this international event as though you were in Munich, Germany itself.
