Magnificat Concert
St. Mary’s Choir and members of the Melrose Symphony perform John Rutter’s Magnificat Sunday at 7 p.m. at Saint Mary's Parish, 158 Washington St. 

Fourth Annual Rock ‘n’ Soul Holiday Concert
The Rock ‘n’ Soul Holiday Concert, in Arlington, features tons of local performers and benefits Toys for Tots and Music Drives Us. It's Sunday at 8 p.m. at The Regent Theatre, 7 Medford St.

Two Gentlemen of Verona
The Actors Shakespeare Project presents a lively and contemporary production of Shakespeare's comedy. It's in Somerville at Davis Square Theatre, with performances at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

3rd Annual SLAM Holiday Artist Market
If you're in Davis Square for Shakespeare and still have shopping to do, stop by the SLAM Holiday Artists Market at The Burren. It's Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.


Steve and Amber Tourlentes, from MassArt, discuss Kodachrome film and how you can use digital photography to simulate it. It's at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Somerville Public Library.

Fabricating Realities
Danielle Festa's work explores the power of clothing. The exhibit is from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Somerville's Washington Street Art Center.

Ben Cosgrove
The Cambridge-based composer is a pianist, guitarist and "multi-intrumentalist" who's written music for interments ranging from the ukulele to wine glasses. He plays Saturday night in Somerville at The Center for Arts at the Armory at 8 p.m.
