Winchester Farmers Market August 4

Featuring:

John Crow Farm. Beef, lamb, pork, and poultry. A pasture-based farm in Groton, it raises grass-fed sheep and cattle, alongside pastured pork and poultry. Committed to farming practices that care for animals and for the land, every product has been raised and tended by hand. It provides high quality, nutritious food while being a caring steward of New England land and our community.

Inspirited Strength. An independent massage clinic, it is run by Arianne d’Entremont, graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Watertown and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Ari focuses on the client’s needs to find the best therapeutic approach to solve their problems. She is trained in Therapeutic Sports Recovery, Thai Table Massage, Kineso Tapping, Trigger Point Work, Prenatal Massage, and Myofacial Release. Stop by the farmers market this Saturday to meet Ari and learn more about what massage can do for you.
