Local RE/MAX Leading Edge Agent Honored With 2013 EverGreen Award from National Association of REALTORS®

Agent is One of Five Selected from a National Pool of Candidates

                                                                     Winchester, MA – September 26, 2013 –RE/MAX Leading Edge, one of Greater Boston’s leading full-service real estate companies, is pleased to announce the recognition of Craig Foley with 2013 EverGreen Award from the National Association of REALTORS’® (NAR’s) Green REsource Council. Foley is one of five REALTORS selected for this award from a national pool of candidates for his commitment to the green industry and work within the community.

Foley was selected for the 2013 EverGreen Award by an independent panel of green industry professionals for his outstanding leadership within the green real estate community. He is currently the Chief of Energy Solutions at RE/MAX Leading Edge and the architect of their successful green brand and strategy. He also serves as the Advocacy Coordinator for the MA Chapter of the US Green Building Council’s Residential Green Building Committee. In 2013, he published a study on the energy efficiency, utility costs and high performance homes in the Massachusetts residential real estate marketplace of 2012 (study attached to this email for reference).

Foley is currently an Agent at RE/MAX Leading Edge in Somerville with more than 13 years of real estate knowledge in that market. He resides in Melrose, MA with his wife Sally, son Sam and daughter Alexandra who currently attends Georgetown University. He will be receiving the 2013 EverGreen award in November at the NAR REALTORS® Conference & Expo taking place in San Francisco, CA.
