Moore Appointed Sales Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Winchester Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is pleased to announce that Cathleen Moore has been appointed vice president and sales manager of the company’s Winchester office. Moore will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 65 sales associates serving Winchester, Melrose, Reading, Stoneham, Woburn and the surrounding communities.

Prior to her new role, Moore was affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Manchester-by-the-Sea, where she was a sales associate specializing in marketing luxury properties.

"Cathleen has an extensive background in commercial and residential development as well as property management. She is a dedicated professional, and I am delighted that she has joined the management team,” said Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England.

Moore has owned and operated a real estate development and investment firm that successfully repositioned condominium developments in northern New England. She has also managed and owned multifamily properties in multiple communities throughout Massachusetts.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Moore was the co-owner of a custom manufacturing business for nearly 20 years, leading a team in two states that produced trade show graphics, signage, displays and banners.

A graduate of Simmons College, Moore is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Women in Real Estate and National Association of Professional Women. Moore currently resides in Manchester.
