Winchester Community Music School (WCMS) seeks a part-time Development Assistant to coordinate the development operations of the school. This position has responsibility for creating fundraising solicitations, processing mailings, acknowledging gifts, analyzing data, and keeping the donor database accurate and current. Reporting to the Director of Development & Communications, the position includes interaction with the public, assisting other staff members with a spirit of teamwork, and developing an understanding of the various aspects of the operation of the school. 15 hours/week with flexible hours negotiated to meet the needs of both employee and WCMS.
