1. Will it snow? There is a chance of snow and mostly cloudy conditions during the day Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Winchester. Temperatures will dip from a high of about 30 to a low of 24 at night, according to the forecast.
2. Town Census: The town of Winchester mailed out 2013 town census forms on Jan. 3 and all residents must complete and return them by Feb. 15, according to the town website.
