1. Snow: Snow is expected to fall throughout the day and night Thursday, with temperatures peaking at about 33 during the day and dipping to a low of around 32 in the evening, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Winchester.
2. In case you missed it: A Utah ski resort recently honored former US Navy Seal and Winchester resident Glen Doherty, according to a Skiing Magazine report. Doherty was one of four Americans killed in a terror attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya on Sept. 12, 2012. Doherty was a former Navy SEAL working for a private security company while living near San Diego.
