1. In case you missed it: Winchester Pharmacy opened on Monday at the former Winchester Drug space.
2. Snowy again: Tuesday will see more icy precipitation and evening snow, with highs in the upper 30s.

4. Town Census: The town of Winchester mailed out 2013 town census forms on Jan. 3 and all residents must complete and return them by Feb. 15, according to the town website.

5. Meetings: The Winchester Education Subcommittee of the Finance Committee is slated to meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Winchester Public Library in the Small Meeting Room, according to the town website. The Board of Appeal is meeting at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at Town Hall in the Selectmen's Room.
