1. 2013 Town Census: The town of Winchester mailed out 2013 town census forms on Jan. 3 and all residents must complete and return them by Feb. 15, according to the town website.
2. Sunny day: Sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-40s are expected during the day Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Winchester. Temperatures will dip to the mid-20s at night, according to the forecast.
