If you’re looking to “get away” but don’t feel like going very far, the is a great “destination,” according to our readers.

The Shore Road museum, which features exhibits from a variety of photographers throughout the year, juried exhibitions and a summer photography camp for children, topped to win our most recent Best of Patch Readers’ Choice contest for best place to staycation in or around Winchester.

“(It has a) great exhibition on Fenway Park in a building that is not your typical museum but looks more like an old New England grist mill. It is also very kid friendly,” reader Vaughan said of the museum.
