"Condition Black" Called at Winchester Hospital

Phone lines were temporarily disabled due to a short power outage Tuesday afternoon.

According to a Breaking News Network (BNN) report, a "condition black" was issued at Tuesday afternoon, which indicates a power failure.

However, it turned out to be a minor power outage that caused a few phone lines to be briefly disabled at the hospital beginning around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The hospital switched to cellular communication during the downtime.

"It was a temporary power outage with some of our lines," said Toni-Lynn Hansen of Winchester Hospital. "We immediately switched to cellular."

As of 5:30 p.m., all of the phone lines at the hospital were full functioning.

It is not yet know what caused the temporary outage.
