Election Day Arrives in Winchester

Winchester forecast: It is expected to be partly sunny Tuesday, with temperatures peaking around 50 and mostly clear with a low of about 31 at night, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Winchester. There is a 30 percent chance of precipitation, with snow, rain and sleet possible before 9 a.m., according to the forecast.
