Why go: Act one follows Baker and his wife who are attempting to remove a curse on their family in order to have a child in hopes of living “Happily Ever After.” Act two focuses on how to deal with what comes after “Happily Ever After” in this clever spin on classic fairy tales.

Instruction in CrossFit includes basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic and martial conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball training, and basic gymnastics.
