1. Sunny and Clear: It’s still cool enough where you need to wear a jacket, but there won’t be any need for an umbrella today. According to the National Weather Service, Friday is expected to be clear and sunny with a high of 51 degrees. There might be a slight breeze throughout the day and by Friday night temperatures are expected to drop down to 30 degrees.
2. Pneumonia Shots: Beginning in April, Winchester is offering . 3. Flushing Notice: Beginning Wednesday, April 13, of the town’s east/west water system will be taking place during the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for approximately three weeks. Thewill begin flushing with the East side for the first two weeks and the West side for the third week. During flushing, residents should refrain from using water for drinking, dishwashing, and laundry as some discoloration of water may occur. If you experience discolored water, let the cold water run until it clears.
