1. Sunny day: Should be sunny and comfortable outside today. According to the National Weather Service, the high for Tuesday will be 76 degrees. It should be mostly sunny throughout the day. By Tuesday night there’s a chance of showers, mainly after 1 a.m.

Traffic: The Winchester will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 22 at 8:45 p.m. in the Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room, to review the traffic study reports prepared and to be presented by traffic consultants Fay, Spofford and Thorndike on the intersections of Main Street/Swanton Street/Water Street; Main Street/Hemingway Street; and Main Street/Skillings Road/Lake Stree
