1. Winter Weather Advisory: Get ready for more winter weather. According to the National Weather Service, there’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Monday morning. The high for Monday is expected to reach 42 degrees, but before that happens there’s a chance of some freezing rain until 10 a.m., turning to rain for the rest of the day.

Design Your Career: The Winchester Rotary Club offering a new program called This program has been specifically developed to assist experienced professionals who are looking for a rewarding position or considering a career change.
