3. Road Construction: The will begin paving Lockeland Road on Tuesday, July 5. The construction will last two weeks from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The DPW is informing residents that they should expect delays and recommends drivers to seek alternate routes.
4. New members: The . Winchester residents who are interested in the arts or have experience with local cultural organizations are urged to apply. Seat vacancies are a growing issue and could result in the complete loss of state funding. It is critical that the Winchester Cultural Council maintains the minimum number of five appointed members.
