Today is Wednesday, March 16. Here are five things you need to know:

  1. And Winter is Back: Hopefully you were able to get on Tuesday because the weather for Wednesday doesn’t look as promising. According to the National Weather Service, rain and snow is likely before 11 a.m. with a high of 47 degrees. There’s little to no snow accumulation expected. Rain is expected to continue throughout the day, ending around 8 p.m.
  2. Art Show: Be sure to head to for – an acrylic paintings show by Glen Victor Doyle, plus you can also see a preview of the new spring collection from the store.
  3. “Like” us: If you haven’t done so already, be sure to head to the Winchester Patch Facebook page and become a fan.
  4. Census: Town Clerk, Mary Ellen Lannon, requests that households who have yet to return the town census . Lannon said that there are approximately 1,400 families that have yet to return the census. If it’s not returned, residents will be listed as inactive voters, which will affect their ability to vote in the upcoming elections.
  5. College Fair: The will be held on Thursday, March 24 in the Woburn Memorial High School cafeteria, 88 Montvale Avenue, Woburn. The event will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Fifteen colleges are expected to attend. The event, hosted by Woburn High and Woburn's Special Education Parent Advisory Council (www.woburnPAC.org) is free and open to students, their families, and teachers.
