Today is Tuesday, March 27. Here are five things you need to know.

1. Fire Warning Mixed with Colder Weather: The National Weather Service has issued a fire warning for Winchester area. The unseasonably warm weather seems to have given way to more normal temperatures. The morning will be sunny, with a high near 44. Northwest wind between 14 and 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. So take that into consideration. Into the evening, there will be increasing clouds, with a low around 27. Northwest wind between 6 and 9 mph becoming calm.

2. Food Security and Food Access: Speakers will discuss how the food-access system works in the Greater Boston area, problems in the sys­tem, and some grassroots solutions, including learning to grow food in unorthodox locations. 3. Parent to Parent Speaker: The Childhood Roots of Adult Happiness: Five Steps to Create and Sustain Lifelong Joy with Dr. Ned Hallowell. Dr. Ned Hallowell will discuss the steps to help children grow
into happy, moral, connected adults, parents need to encourage specific activities and actions. Dr. Hallowell will outline his five-step plan: Connect, Play, Practice, Mastery, and Recognition, based on research and his experience of what children need to thrive. Hosted at 458 Main St, Winchester, MA from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

4.When Relationships Disappoint: Forgiveness in the Elder Parent-Adult Child Relationship: A seminar centered on Forgiveness in the Elder Parent-Adult Child Relationship centered around healing old wounds with small group discussion and light dinner in the Henry Room.
