Today is Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Here are five things you need to know:

1. Hope You Enjoyed The Sunny Weekend: The National Weather Service predicts that showers are heading this way, mainly ater 2 p.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy with a high near 67. The evening will be rainy as well with a low of 56.

2. Parking lot closed from 5/14 to 5/20: The EnKa Fair is being held on May 18 and May 19 in the Parking Lot, the High School Parking Lot, and the section of Skillings Road which connects the two lots. These lots will be unavailable from May 14-20.

3. Preschool Storytime Club: Preschool Storytime Clubcontinues through May 29. Preschool Storytime Club is on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 a.m.  or 11 a.m. and is for children ages 2 1/2 -5. Registration is required. Stop by the Children's Room for more information and to sign up! From 10-11:30 a.m. in the Storytime Room at the Winchester Public Library.

4. Afternoon Book Club: Regular monthly meeting of the Afternoon Book Club. Copies of the book are generally available one month prior to the meeting at the Circulation Desk. Ask for a "Book Club" copy. No commitment necessary, come when you can.  The discussion is always fun and lively. This month's book is Moloka'i by Alan Brennert. Books to be Discussed. In the Small Meeting Room from 1-2:15 p.m.

5. Best Of Poll: With Memorial Day just a few weeks away, it's about time to start thinking about the cookouts we'll be hosting and/or attending.

And so, with this week's Best of Patch Readers' Choice Poll, we'll be looking for your recommendations on the best places to pick up the grillables and groceries for your Memorial Day cookouts.
