Today is Friday, Nov. 18. Here are five things you need to know.

1. Sunny and cool: At least today will be a reminder that winter is fast-approaching. According to the National Weather Service, the high for Friday will be 48 degrees. It should be mostly sunny throughout the day as temperatures drop to 31 degrees by Friday night.
2. Goose Fair: The will be holding its today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be crafters, a cafe serving lunch and dinner, a bake table, a white elephant table, a book sale and even a gosling fair for younger children to make crafts. It’s a chance to enjoy the day and do some Christmas shopping.
3. Annie Get Your Gun: Winchester students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade have been dedicated for months with latest production, . Performances will be Friday Nov. 18, 7:30 p.m., Saturday Nov. 19, 2 p.m. and Sunday Nov. 20, 1 and 4 p.m. Contact wincooptickets@verizon.net for ticket information.  
4. Winton Club Holiday Fair: The continues Friday, Nov. 18, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Winchester Hospital Lobby.  Free valet parking is available.  You can beat the Holiday rush and help support the Winton Club at the same time.
