Today is Friday, Nov. 25. Here are five things you need to know.

  3. Winchester Gift Certificates: The Winchester Chamber of Commerce encourages residents to shop local. The Winchester gift certificates are a tool to make it easy for people to shop Winchester. They are now available at Century Bank, Northmark Bank, Winchester Co-operative Bank, and Winchester Savings Bank. The certificates can be redeemed at over 50 local merchants.   4. Toy Drive: Pattycake Place, a program for children up to 2 years old held weekly at the , needs some safe, new toys for free-play. Please join FAN and  with new toys for this program. Donations will be accepted from Nov. 6 to Nov. 30. If you would like to make a cash donation, please make it out to Winchester Public Library with a memo that the funds are intended for the toy drive. Questions?
