  3. Winchester Gift Certificates: The Winchester Chamber of Commerce encourages residents to shop local. The Winchester gift certificates are a tool to make it easy for people to shop Winchester. They are now available at Century Bank, Northmark Bank, Winchester Co-operative Bank, and Winchester Savings Bank. The certificates can be redeemed at over 50 local merchants. Donations will be accepted from Nov. 6 to Nov. 30.
