They are now available at Century Bank, Northmark Bank, Winchester Co-operative Bank, and Winchester Savings Bank. The certificates can be redeemed at over 50 local merchants. 5. Wright-Locke Farm Proposals: The Board of Selectmen invited each developer who responded to the RFP to their board meeting to make a presentation on their proposal. Each developer will be allowed 15 minutes for a formal presentation followed by a 20 minute question-and-answer session by the Board of Selectmen and a representative of each stakeholder board. The proposed schedule is as follows: 8 p.m.: CMC Partners; 8:40 p.m.: Duffy Properties; 9:20 p.m.: Northland Residential.  Additionally, a public hearing is being planned for the evening of December 12, 2011, time to be determined, at which time all interested parties may provide their comments to the Board of Selectmen on the proposals.
