The parade included members of several different Boy Scout Troops, the Winchester Veteran's of Foreign Wars Aberjona Post 3719, the Sons of Italian, the McCall Middle School, the High School Band, the Boston Fireman's Band, the Winchester Honor Guard, and was headed by Parade Marshall, Robert Swymer.

Speakers at the accompanying civic exercise at the F. O'Connell Memorial Plaze at Town Hall including Event Coordinator, Barbara O'Connell, State Senator, Patricia Jehlen, State Representative, Jason Lewis, Commander of Post 3719 Kurt Miller, and his grandson, recent veteran, Karl Miller.
