Question of the Day: Do You Use an Air Conditioner During the Summer

For some people, the idea of a summer without air conditioning is the equivalent of turning back the clock and returning to a time when the streets were filled with Model Ts and men wore hats. 

But for others, it's never too hot – even when the heat index runs above 100 degrees – that they would want to spoil a summer with artificially cooled air pounding on them. Is it really summer if you spend your entire day and night enclosed in a refrigerator?
