But one of the decisions that still need to be made has to do with . Since the farm is owned by the town, some members of the board want to potentially lower the amount of affordable housing units required, in order to try and get more money for the property.

But other members think the town should designate the state-recommended 10 percent of the units for affordable housing. The will have 10 percent of its units set aside for affordable housing.
