Week in Review: Best Place to Live and Trial Date Set

Did you miss any news from Winchester in the past week?

Winchester was named one of the “Best Places to Live” by Boston magazine in the March 2012 issue.  It was named in that pitted some of the most popular towns in the Boston area up against each other. 

The prosecution is attempting to have

The trial is set to begin on Oct. 2, 2012.

welcomed its first on Feb. 29. Charlotte Jane was born to Nicholas and Laurie Matthews of Billerica at 9:39 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 ¾ inches long.

Winchester Republicans showed their support for the former Massachusetts

Romney unofficially secured 1,883 of the 2,336 votes cast in the Republican Primary. Ron Paul took second in Winchester with 193 votes, beating out Rick Santorum (165).

The is currently in the midst of “tech week” as it , “Into the Woods.” This week of technical rehearsals brings together all the elements of the show, ultimately culminating in opening night this Friday.
