Several Massachusetts officials will review progress on the Environmental Tax Reform proposed by Senator Barrett and Representative Conroy.
- Mark Sylvia, Commissioner Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources will review legislation that might be coming from the final months of the Patrick administration and will comment on the Environmental tax reform (carbon tax) proposal.
- Senator Mike Barrett and/or Representative Tom Conroy will provide an update on the status of the bill and strategy to move it forward.
- Francis Bigda-Peyton and Lisbeth Bornhofft will provide frameworks for engaging one’s neighbors in conversations about the bill and related enviro-legislation.
