Dr. Sarah Myers McGinty, author of The College Application Essay, will discuss the critical importance of the application essay. In addition to authoring books, articles, and essays on the application process, Dr. McGinty has spent more than a decade as a University Supervisor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She advises students and their parents on choosing essay topics, techniques for editing, tips for non-traditional students, and survival skills for parents. Dr. McGinty has fine-tuned the art of navigating the college essay writing process.
