Gentle/Beginner's Yoga
Looking to cool down those sore muscles while building flexibility? Experience this gentle level class perfect for all levels. Beginners welcome! We'll safely explore stretching a variety of muscle groups while learning yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asanas). Perfect for those of all ages looking to increase flexibility and balance, especially ideal for active seniors!
Join us every Tuesday evening from 5:15-6:15pm. $15 per class.
Mats, straps and blocks provided, though you're welcome to bring your own! Feel free to bring anything else you need to be comfortable like a pillow and a blanket or sweatshirt for savasana. Reserve your space in advance online.
