Make all those fresh vegetables of summer last this winter. Join us on Wednesday, October 2nd for a fun-filled evening of learning Italian family recipes for preserving favorite garden-fresh vegetables.

In class, you will learn to preserve pickled eggplant, green tomatoes, wild mushrooms, green beans, and tomato sauce.
Class is Wednesday, October 2nd from 6:30-9:30pm. Notebooks, recipes and aprons are provided.

Class will conclude with a family-style dinner and a variety of preserves to take home. Our classes are always interactive with ample time to ask questions.
Cost: $50 plus $20 materials fee
