Learn to Meditate and Develop Inner Peace in Your Life

Looking for peace, presence, a sense of being whole? Join our weekly Beginner’s Drop-In meditation starting Thursday, April 24 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  Each week there will a brief talk, meditation, and discussion. Come and learn to unify the mind, body and heart, develop calm, and be present for our life.  When we are fully in each moment, joy naturally arises.
