Pumpkin Fair at the Pumpkin Patch
The Second Congregational Church
of Winchester is holding a Pumpkin Fair as part of its 10th Annual
Pumpkin Patch on Saturday October 5 from 10 to 3 and Sunday October 6 from 12
to 3. Pumpkin Fair will feature a
variety of games for children, face
painting, pumpkin crafts, balloons, and refreshments. Don’t miss great photo
opportunities among the pumpkins or with our colorful cut-outs of seasonal
characters. In addition to the Pumpkin
Fair activities, the Pumpkin Patch will be open for business selling pumpkins
of all sizes, gourds, and seasonal decorations. Please also stop by the bake sale table for delicious homemade
treats. Come find out what the church
voted its’ Favorite Pumpkin Treat. The Pumpkin Patch is open from now through Halloween Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 7:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 5:00 and Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00. Proceeds from Pumpkin Fair and the Pumpkin
Patch will benefit the Native Americans who grew the pumpkins, the Woburn
Council of Social Concern, the McCall
Middle School, and the missions of the Second Congregational Church. We are
located at 485 Washington Street, Winchester (at the intersection of
Kenwin, Cross, and Washington Streets). For more information or directions please call Becky @ 781-729-9775. www.winchester2cc.org.
